Affiliate Business Partner
The purpose of the Affiliate Business Partner Committee is to review, organize and provide support for activities and events that engage our REALTORS and our Affiliate Business Partners. An Affiliate Business Partner membership is required to serve on this committee.
Community Outreach
The Community Outreach Committee evaluates, recommends, and organizes projects to benefit the community. This committee selects community service activities for REALTORS® to volunteer time and/or donate money or needed items.
Grievance
The Grievance Committee reviews ethics complaints and arbitration requests in order to make a preliminary evaluation to determine if a Professional Standards hearing is warranted. Annual training is required. Three-year term. This committee is open to REALTORS® only.
Professional Development
The Professional Development Committee provides career development opportunities to enhance the skills, knowledge, and professionalism of all members.
Professional Standards
The Professional Standards committee provides hearing panels as required to hear matters of alleged unethical conduct by members or to provide arbitration to resolve a dispute between REALTOR® principals. Service for two years on Grievance Committee is a prerequisite. Annual training is required; three year term. REALTORS® only.
RPAC
The purpose of the RPAC Committee is to fundraise and increase awareness of RPAC amongst our members. In service of this goal, the committee develops and implements programs to encourage member investment in RPAC.

Committee selections are made in late fall for the following year’s committee.
