Here at EABOR, we pride ourselves on our commitment to serving our members. Our goal is to do our utmost to support you in your real estate career, whether that’s by picking up your call on the first ring, preparing lockboxes without delay, delivering the education you need or communicating in a timely manner on the issues of vital importance to you.

Membership will be completed when payment is received. We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as checks. Dues and fees are non-refundable.
1. A completed application, signed by both the applicant and the applicant’s broker, must be submitted. Applications will not be processed unless signed by the broker.
2. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your application.
3. An email confirmation will be sent after the application has been processed with instructions to complete the membership process, i.e., paying invoice for membership dues.
4. Once the membership process is complete, you will receive a welcome email with pertinent information regarding your local, state and national membership, including class requirements for membership, which are as follows:
- 4.a. New Member Orientation – within 90 days of joining the Board.
- 4.b.Code of Ethics – within 60 days of joining the Board.
- 4.c. Contracts class I & II – within 90 days of joining the Board.
5. A separate welcome email will be sent to you by the Stellar MLS, which is the regional MLS in which you are now a member. This welcome email will include your invoice for MLS service, log in information, and MLS class requirements.

- A Letter of Good standing from your current Association/Board must be submitted with your application.
- An email confirmation will be sent after the application has been processed with instructions to complete the membership process, i.e., paying invoice for membership dues.
- If you are a current participant of Stellar MLS, we will update your record to reflect that you are now a member of EABOR. No action is required on your part.
- If you are not a current participant of Stellar MLS, a welcome email will be sent to you by them directly with instructions on completing their requirements and paying the invoice for MLS services.
- If you are joining from out of state, either as a primary or secondary member, you will be required to take our Contracts I & II classes within 90 days of joining EABOR.
